Q. Can Non-residents obtain a Day Pass to use our facilities?
A. Use of our facilities is restricted to our guests and their friends.

Q. Does Royal Palms Villas have a hot tub?
A. We do not have a hot tub. However, our pool is adequately heated and open 24 hours a day!

Q. Do we provide Shuttle service to and from Airports/Ports?
A. We do not provide Shuttle Services. However, there is an affiliated Shuttle company "Sun & Moon Express" that can handle all your shuttle needs: (954) 921-9416.

Q. What are the Check-In / Check-Out times?
A. Check-In time is around 3pm and Check-Out time is 11am. However, times are flexible and depend on availability. There is a small fee for a Late Check-Out.
Check with Front Desk 24 hours prior to arrival regarding check-in and the previous evening regarding check-out.

Q. Do we have "Non-Smoking" rooms?
A. All our rooms are classified as Non-Smoking, in compliance with State Law. However, you are welcome to smoke throughout the exterior grounds (corridors, patio and pool area)..

Q. Are we Pet Friendly?
A. Yes :-)

Q. Can our guests bring visitors?
A. Of course, as long as they remain with them at all times, while in our property.

Q. Does Royal Palms Villas provide Travel Agent commissions / discounts?
A. We provide a 10% commission. We do not provide discounts.

Q. Are tips included?
A. According to American custom, no gratuity will be added to your bill. We leave it up to your discretion to reward our hard working, professional, extremely courteous and friendly staff with the $ amount of your choice.

Q. Do we organize any Special Events?
A. We provide our guests with a beautiful landscape, complete with a heated pool, lounge chairs, swing, outdoor gas BBQ, outdoor speakers playing a variety of great music selections. Now complete the picture with our guests socializing or simply basking in that atmosphere under the warm tropical sun or the playful moonlight and presto: you have a special memorable event in it's own right!

Q. Do we provide Parking?
A. We provide complimentary off-street Parking for all our guests (1 car per room).

Q. Do we provide Breakfast?
A. We provide daily morning coffee served at the office (during special events we provide full complimentary continental breakfast buffet).

Q. Is our property wheelchair accessible?
A. Unfortunately our is not configured for handicapped access.
